The Work You'll Do:

As a Professional Services Operations Analyst, you will collaborate closely with the Unclaimed Property Consulting, Professional Services, Managed Services, Sales, and Finance teams. Your role is to provide essential support, maintain systems, and manage processes and data for the Consulting team. Additionally, you will ensure the timely delivery of premium reporting deliverables through administrative support.

More specifically, you will:

  • Support the Consulting and Professional Services teams by creating Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Set up projects in Cloud Coach for new clients and additional service requests, enabling Consulting and Professional Services teams to manage projects efficiently.
  • Prepare accurate utilization and billing reports for senior leadership on a weekly/monthly basis.
  • Collaborate with the Finance and Consulting teams to optimize the use of Cloud Coach for time tracking, capacity planning, and invoicing.
  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly billing data is provided to the Finance team.
  • Provide user support for Cloud Coach, including ongoing training to improve usability and efficiency.
  • Assist with Consulting support and training, maintain documentation, and accommodate ad-hoc user requests.
  • Implement and enforce processes and tools to maintain the integrity of Cloud Coach data.
  • Manage reporting tools and respond to ad-hoc reporting requests as needed.
  • Serve as a liaison between departments, ensuring consistency and accuracy of information across systems by understanding the Consulting model.
  • Perform tasks necessary to distribute client deliverables for annual compliance efforts.
  • Track and monitor contracts approaching expiration, working with Legal to ensure timely updates.
  • Track and monitor client budgets, notifying clients when additional work or resources are required.
  • Provide cross-functional support and assist management with projects as needed.
  • Prepare data, analysis, and presentations for the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and the Board of Directors on a monthly and quarterly basis.

What We Need From You

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Cloud Coach is required.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to identify trends and propose solutions.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience in project management and training is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships both internally and externally.
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Ability to lead and participate actively in team-based projects.
  • Ability to handle and protect confidential information.
  • Due to client contractual obligations, the successful candidate will be asked to clear a background check, including drug screen
