Image Analysis Specialist.- 100% Remote !!!Image Analysis Specialist.Remote.6 Months plus contract Description:The Computational Biology group in the Clinical Biomarkers & Diagnostics (CBD) department is seeking a highly motivated Image Analysis Specialist to join our team and contribute to cutting-edge research in the field of translational pathology. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the integration and formulation of algorithms for the analysis of 2D images, the establishment of associated translational pathology infrastructure, and the assessment of Human interpretable features (HIFs) identified using advanced AI algorithms. This is a multidisciplinary area, interfacing heavily with pathology, radiology, and diagnostics.
Top Must Have Skills:Integration and formulation of algorithms for the analysis of 2D/3D images
Establishment of associated translational pathology infrastructure
Assessment of Human interpretable features (HIFs) identified using advanced AI algorithms
IMAGE data experience background*** - 3D images, CT scan, MRI, PET-scan
2D images (H&E, singlexplex IHC, multiplex IHC) |
Day-to-day Responsibilities:• Evaluate vendor AI algorithms for the analysis of 2D and 3D images
• Assess the accuracy and variability of image analysis algorithms
• Analyze imaging endpoints with other omics data, clinical endpoints, and metadata
• Perform in-depth analysis of 2D images, including histological and pathological images, using specialized software tools
• Generate quantitative data and reports to support research projects and studies
• Collaborate with R&D teams to build, establish, and maintain a state-of-the-art translational pathology infrastructure
• Validate and refine algorithms to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Effectively manage and organize image data, ensuring data integrity and accessibility
• Maintain detailed records of image analysis results and contribute to data repositories
• Collaborate with pathologists, researchers, and other team members to align image analysis objectives with R&D goals
• Communicate findings and insights to the team and contribute to research publications.
