Looking up information using a variety of automated tools and entering information in Excel spreadsheets and Access databases, understanding and manipulating date, hardcopy filing, opening tickets in an automated Helpdesk system, editing and closing tickets, checking financial and other information to identify discrepancies, updating timelines and schedules using Excel or other automated tools.Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams.Perform data quality checks against set of data (from a given system), develop scripts to analyze and massage data as needed. Work to remediate anomalies by working with necessary teams.May analyze, test, and debug application using a set methodology.Work under only very general supervision. Follows established procedures. Work is reviewed for soundness of technical judgment and overall adequacy and accuracy.
Skills:Understanding of business analysis and data analysis.Write scripts to extract data from various sources (DB, LDAP, etc.)Ability to independently manage a varied workload of complex high visibility projects with multiple priorities.Programming & scripting background (such as Perl, .Net, Java, CScript, etc.)DB (Oracle or SQL server or MS Access)LDAP (Microsoft Active Directory)
