Summary:The Collections Representative protects and administers the Accounts Receivable assets of the business by maintaining and managing a portfolio of accounts in a manner that will maximize profitable sales and minimize bad debt losses. This position is responsible for the collection of all past due accounts aged 30+ days. This position makes independent decisions based on historical and external data. This position interacts regularly with customers and Sales & Marketing to make informed and consistent decisions.
Qualifications:1. Prefer Associate's degree in business/accounting or equivalent work experience.
2. Minimum 1 to 3 years of related technical and professional experience, preferably within Collections; requires strong knowledge of accounts receivable.
3. Requires strong personal computer skills including, but not limited to MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
4. Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, including superior telephone skills with an emphasis on professionalism and customer service.
5. Requires strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
6. Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
7. Requires the ability to learn complex and constant changing business rules.
8. Requires ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and co-workers.
CompensationThe pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
