📄 JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Internal Communications Intern for VeepeeTech, you will report to the Head of Communications and work closely with our dedicated Internal Communications Specialist based in Barcelona. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the development and execution of internal communication and event initiatives aimed at engaging and retaining top tech talent across Europe.

🎯 TASKS

Collaborate with the Internal Communications Specialist to plan and execute internal communication campaigns.
Assist in organizing and coordinating internal events, workshops, and team-building activities.
Create engaging content for internal communication channels, including newsletters, intranet, and social media.
Support the development of communication materials and presentations.
Assist in conducting employee surveys and feedback collection.
Help monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal communication efforts.
Engage with colleagues across different European locations to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

👉 MUST HAVE skills

Currently pursuing a degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (mandatory). Proficiency in a second language is a plus.
Proficiency with Adobe Suite and Google workspace tools. Managing video editing softwares is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
Enthusiastic, proactive, and a team player.
Ability to think independently, be resourceful, and demonstrate curiosity in finding solutions.
Eligible for an internship (enrolled in the university or possibility to obtain a university agreement)
Available for at least 6 months full time.
