Description: The Program Manager is a solution-oriented leader that is responsible for partnering with initiative owners to develop and execute an overarching strategy that will accomplish a specific set of deliverables. You will be a member of and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring clear program level reporting, driving the resolution of risks and issues to closure.
Responsibilities:- Partner with cross functional teams, IT/Business Owners, Team Members and Leaders
- Leverage agile mindset when decomposing/managing work, and communicating with teams
- Create appropriate visuals that crisply articulate program strategy/risks/issues/ next steps
- Manage projects to finality
- Ensure that meetings have clear agendas with well documented meeting recaps, action items with owners and dates
Skills/Abilities: - Adaptive agile
- Experience working with/leading agile teams
- Proficiency with PowerPoint & Excel
- Experience following up / holding action owners accountable to committed to dates
- Strong writing, communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
- Understanding of Jira & Confluence (nice to have)
