Responsibilities:
As a Sales Executive, you will play an integral role on our business development team. In this role, you will call on potential clients to discuss staffing solution opportunities for contractors, as well as discuss how Atlantic Partners can provide stand-out talent for full time employment to help grow or expand their business.
  • Identify new client relationships throughout the US.
  • Develop consultative selling methods; analyze each client and identify needs.
  • Hunter mentality, strong phone presence; not afraid to make phone calls daily.
  • Ability to build relationships, profiling the decision-making process, and conversing with key decision makers.
  • Work with qualified clients for specific positions, scheduling interviews and negotiating offers through to candidate start.
  • Personality is key…must be competitive; have a lot of energy and drive to succeed.

Qualifications:
  • Sales and Professional Services Experience
  • Consultative / Staff Augmentation Experience, this is a must have!
