The Digital Media Supervisor is responsible for biddable campaign strategy, buying, reporting, analysis and optimization. You'll be steering the helm of our digital campaigns with a focus on maximizing visibility and engagement, primarily across the Google Advertising suite – Search, Display & YouTube; as well as LinkedIn Ads.. Your role is pivotal in shaping the digital narrative of our clients, driving brand awareness, customer acquisition and delivering measurable results. As part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, your work will directly contribute to our agency's and our clients' success.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies focusing on YouTube Ads, Google Search & Display Advertising, and LinkedIn Ads,, aligning with client goals and budget.
Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, optimization, and management of advertising campaigns on YouTube,Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, ensuring maximum ROI.
Content Oversight: Work closely with the content team to guide the creation of video content that is optimized for YouTube, ensuring it meets SEO and engagement criteria.
Data Analysis: Regularly analyze and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, YouTube Analytics, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions and other tools, making data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.
Client Relations: Act as the primary digital contact for clients, presenting campaign strategies, updates, and results. Collaborate with clients to refine marketing goals based on campaign data.
Trend Monitoring: Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, particularly on YouTube,Google, and LinkedIn, and apply best practices to enhance campaign performance.
Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring spending is aligned with client objectives and delivers optimal results.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members across departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing approach.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Self-Service Ad Platform management & execution (e.g. Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, Meta For Business, DSPs, etc.)
Strong understanding of SEO, Paid Social, Performance-Based marketing, and video content creation.
Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics, Floodlight Tags, Partner Pixels, etc).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret and leverage data to drive decisions.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Creative thinker with attention to detail and a problem-solving approach.
