About Us

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Administration:

    • Oversee and coordinate daily office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
    • Organize and maintain office records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Vendor Management:

    • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers related to office space, including maintenance, cleaning, and security services.
    • Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Communication and Coordination:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including handling phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries.
    • Coordinate and manage office events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistics are handled effectively.
  • Kitchen and Inventory Management:

    • Oversee the office kitchen and ensure it is well-stocked and maintained, including managing inventory of snacks, beverages, and kitchen supplies.
    • Coordinate ordering and restocking of kitchen supplies and office equipment.
    • Arrange for catering services for meetings, events, and special occasions, including managing budgets and vendor relationships.
    • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of kitchen and break areas.
  • Financial Management:

    • Assist with financial reporting and tracking office-related expenditures.

     

  • Compliance and Safety:

    • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
    • Manage office safety protocols and emergency procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
