Tajalla is actively seeking a highly motivated and seasoned Senior Account Executive to become an integral part of our team. As a Senior Account Executive at Tajalla, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing client relationships, crafting and implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring the utmost satisfaction of our valued clients. We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in account management, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a profound understanding of the intricacies of the marketing and advertising industry.

Your Responsibilities will include:

1. **Client Relationship Management**: You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for building strong, lasting relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.

2. **Strategic Planning and Execution**: You will be tasked with developing and executing comprehensive strategies tailored to each client's objectives, utilizing your expertise to drive successful outcomes.

3. **Cross-functional Collaboration**: You will collaborate closely with diverse teams across the organization, including creative, technical, and strategic departments, to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality work that aligns with client goals.

4. **Business Development**: You will proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts, leveraging your insights and industry knowledge to drive growth and expansion.

5. **Performance Monitoring and Reporting**: You will meticulously track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing valuable insights and actionable recommendations to optimize future strategies and initiatives.

6. **Client Communication and Support**: You will handle client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner, serving as a trusted advisor and problem solver.

7. **Industry Expertise**: You will stay abreast of the latest industry trends, market developments, and best practices, continuously expanding your knowledge and expertise to drive innovation and excellence in client service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, preferably in an advertising agency
  • Proven track record in developing and managing client relationships
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong project management skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM and project management software
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
