We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Traffic Manager to oversee the smooth flow of projects through our agency. As a Traffic Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating tasks, resources, and deadlines to ensure projects are delivered on time and at the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities |
- Develop and implement project management processes to streamline workflow efficiency.
- Act as the central point of contact for project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate closely with creative teams, account managers, and production staff to schedule and prioritize projects.
- Maintain project schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.
- Identify potential bottlenecks or challenges in workflow and propose solutions.
- Monitor project progress, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Utilize project management software/tools to track tasks, resources, and project statuses.
- Coordinate with external vendors or freelancers as needed for project execution.
- Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources, ensuring optimal productivity.
- Continuously optimize and refine traffic management processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience (2-3 years) as a Traffic Manager or in a similar role within a creative agency environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various teams and clients.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and MS Office suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
