As our Senior Payroll and Benefits Analyst, you will work closely with the People Operations team and other key teams such as Finance to manage payroll and benefits across our growing organization. This role will report to the Senior Manager, People Operations and be a part of our People Operations team. This role is a means to make a difference: you will engage in some of our highest-priority operational efforts, and you will provide essential services to our employees.
The base salary range for this position is $115,000 to $125,000 in the location(s) of this posting. Individual salaries are determined through a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. Base salary does not include other forms of total compensation such as bonus compensation and other benefits. Our benefits package includes medical, dental and vision coverage, life and AD&D insurance, 20 days of paid time off, 9 sick days, and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
