Here's how you can help. We are currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Representative to join our team and rise to the challenge of empowering service.

Position Highlights:

Perform duties of Accounts Receivable Rep, to receive, prepare and post AR and GL Deposits in currency of deposit. Research, prepare and enter related adjustments, follow-up on unidentified deposits, prepare for daily and month end closing and balancing of all corrections. Respond to inquiries and correspondence promptly.

Perform assigned AR duties including scanning and telephone coverage. Maintain customer contact distribution list. 

What You’ll Do:

• Enter deposits for assigned bank accounts in respective currency. Deposits are received from over 60 bank accounts in over 30 currencies via various electronic methods, bank statements, as well as intercompany and mail. 
• Identify/code deposits by bank account/country, with the appropriate AR or GL Account.
• Verify/balance batches, as well as assist with daily and month-end close.
• Research, prepare, post payments and adjustments including refund requests.
• Work with staff to resolve payment issues, including bank reconciliation concerns. Maintain and follow up on unidentified payments.
• Research and respond to inquiries and correspondence pertaining to deposits and related matters, including statements, MTD Activity Reports, and History Ledgers in a timely manner.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to email inquiries timely.
• Forward other telephone inquiries to appropriate individuals/departments.
• Assist customers with payment instructions, including making online payments.

We’re Looking for Someone With:

• Graduation from high school, some college and accounting/bookkeeping courses preferred.
• Three-plus years’ experience in Accounts Receivable or a related accounting field
• and customer service.
• Must be aware of PCI Compliance regulations as internet payments will be processed regularly.
• Excellent people skills. Ability to establish and maintain good member service relations with tact and courtesy.
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and high-volume environment.
• Excellent math, analytical and problem-solving skills. Organized, accurate and very detailed oriented.
• Excellent general computer skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel. Experience and proficient with computerized AR/Accounting software (SAP, PeopleSoft, or Oracle experience helpful).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including business writing.
• Self-starter who works well independently and as a team player.
• Lock box, multiple currency, and cash application experience helpful.

Pay: Hourly, $23-26/hr
