YOUR TEAM

Through the development of innovative carbon solutions, SQUAKE’s Carbon Solutions & Procurement team both ensures the efficient supply of high quality carbon mitigation projects and credits to our fast growing network of diverse business clients, and enables our Carbon Partners to optimise their business operations towards increased sales.

Tasks

YOUR ROLE

• You will work together with the Carbon Solutions & Procurement team on strategic projects to scale operations and enhance organisational growth.
• You will work closely with our Carbon Partners to ensure operational efficiency, derive insights for product development and deepen partner relationships.
• You will work closely with cross departmental teams (sales, product & finance) to strengthen internal collaboration and support in the implementation of systems, processes and improved ways of working.
• You will own and drive tasks that could be in the fields of analysis, reporting, project vetting, stakeholder engagement, process improvements and identifying new market opportunities.

Requirements

EXPERIENCE AND MINDSET

• You are an entrepreneurial problem solver with a passion to dive deep
• You are analytical and skilled in Google/MS office suite
• You are methodical and detail oriented while being able to think outside the box
• You are ownership driven and deal well in fast paced environments
• You are motivated, resilient and do not give up until you reach your goal
• You are a team player and put purpose before ego
• You are self-critical and able to deal constructively with feedback
• You are interested in sustainability and follow the latest sustainability trends
• You speak English fluently

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree from a top tier university in any STEM, Environmental/Sustainability, business or related field (Masters is a plus)
• Working experience from past internships and / or working student positions in relevant fields such as consulting, engineering, climate-tech or startup ecosystem
