Tasks
TASKS
- The key objective of the Senior Sales Manager is to grow incremental and new sales for the business from lead generation to account management of our top tier clients.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Be a trusted ally to our clients and conduit between their needs and our product offering.
- Maintain accurate sales records.
- Prepare reports by analysing and summarising information.
- Coaching and mentoring junior sales team members.
Requirements
EXPERIENCE AND MINDSET
- 5+ years sales experience in the climate-tech or startup ecosystem
- Be adept at negotiating terms of sale with customers, and demonstrate exceptional communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
- Fast paced, growth mindset with a can-do attitude
- Agile with a tendency towards framing ways of work towards scalability
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong CRM management skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s degree in business or related field
