Senior Sales Executive

Our embeddable API powers precise carbon calculations for all types of activity (e.g. flights, car rides, hotel stays…) according to national and international standards, and streamlines carbon compensation with real impact thanks to our network of climate partners developing carbon removal or avoidance solutions.

Tasks

TASKS

• The key objective of the Senior Sales Manager is to grow incremental and new sales for the business from lead generation to account management of our top tier clients.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Be a trusted ally to our clients and conduit between their needs and our product offering.
• Maintain accurate sales records.
• Prepare reports by analysing and summarising information.
• Coaching and mentoring junior sales team members.

Requirements

EXPERIENCE AND MINDSET

• 5+ years sales experience in the climate-tech or startup ecosystem
• Be adept at negotiating terms of sale with customers, and demonstrate exceptional communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Fast paced, growth mindset with a can-do attitude
• Agile with a tendency towards framing ways of work towards scalability
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong CRM management skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master’s degree in business or related field
