As a Senior IT Security Officer (f/d/m) at Temedica, you will be responsible for managing and developing our IT security infrastructure. As a healthcare insights company, we are faced with the exciting task of rethinking and improving our security strategies and processes. Together with out cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in redesigning the security of our IT landscape, by leading key projects that strengthen our IT security strategy and ensure compliance standards are met as we prepare for ISO 27001 certification. Your Role with us

• You are responsible for the development and implementation of Temedica's IT security strategy, policies and procedures.
• You conduct comprehensive risk assessments, manage security incidents and ensure prompt resolution of arising risks.
• You promote and drive overall IT security awareness culture within Temedica by providing thorough relevant trainings.
• You are responsible for planning security audits and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align security measures with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

What you bring to the table

• You have completed a degree in IT Security, Informatics or a comparable field and have several years of professional experience in IT security, especially within an agile environment.
• You have already gained experience with IT security standards such as ISO 27001, as well as with planning and conducting audits.
• You have very good knowledge and practical experience with cloud security processes and procedures within cloud environments such as GCP, AWS or Azure.
• You are fluent in English (C1 level) and German.
