Your Role with us

• You conceptualize and organize a range of B2B events, including webinars, community events, and our annual big bang conference, ensuring each event creates a significant impact on our target audience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• You work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to pinpoint topics that resonate with our strategic commercial focus. You determine participation in both offline and online events, such as medical or pharma-related conferences, to maintain a competitive edge and leadership in healthcare innovation.
• You innovate beyond standard sponsorship packages, crafting unique and budget-conscious event sponsorship or partnership ideas that stand out and effectively engage our target audience.
• You monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess event success, using data-driven insights to refine and enhance the overall events strategy, thereby supporting the company's broader business and revenue objectives.

What you bring to the table

• You have at least 2 years of professional experience in event and project management with a B2B focus, where you have learned to use digital event platforms and to not shy away from getting hands on with technology.
• You have learned to manage budgets effectively and can independently handle the entire event process from start to finish.
• You are detail-oriented and always deliver on time.
• You possess fluent English skills and are able to speak German on a conversational level (B1-B2).
