HR Compliance Officer

About the Role:

We are actively searching for an HR Compliance Officer to become a valuable part of our team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring that our company's HR policies adhere to relevant regulations and laws. Moreover, the HR Compliance Officer will be tasked with creating and effectively communicating HR compliance policies to all members of our staff.

Tasks

• Developing and putting into action HR programs, policies, and practices that adhere to legal standards.
• Addressing and resolving intricate employment-related matters.
• Conducting internal audits of HR processes to guarantee compliance with regulations.
• Collaborating with legal advisors to interpret legal mandates and government reporting regulations.
• Establishing, organizing, and managing audit files
• Handling various ad-hoc HR-related duties as needed.
• And maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records, tracking changes such as address updates, health insurance adjustments, and sick leave documentation.
• Liaise with the payroll department, coordinating and providing support to the finance department.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Atleast 3 year of experience.
• Understanding of employment laws and other HR compliance regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in German and English.
