Tasks

• Intercompany settlements and reconciliations.
• G/L account postings, account maintenance and reconciliation.
• Organization of monthly closing.
• Support finance head on preparation of monthly / quarterly / annual financial statements.
• Support finance head on IPO audit.
• Contact person for auditors and tax consultants.
• Preparation of reports for banks and insurance companies.

Requirements

• Successfully completed a business degree or commercial training.
• 3 -5 years relevant professional experience in accounting.
• Profound knowledge in accounting, tax law as well as accounting law according to HGB (German Commercial Code).
• Some analytical skills and technical understanding.
• Work independently and in solution-oriented way and possess entrepreneurial thinking and commitment.
• Ability to work in a team and good communication skills and self-motivated.
• Absolute reliability, independence and commitment.
• In addition to business German, you should have a good command of English and Chinese for working in an international company.
