AI Admin and Business Intelligence Intern

Tasks

Throughout this three-month unpaid internship the AI Admin and Business Intelligence Intern will will assist in managing and optimizing text-based data for AI softwares, as well as Business Intelligence tasks, by collaborating with all departments (IT, Research and Development, Design, and Marketing) of our company.

The AI Admin and Business Intelligence Intern's additional duties entail:

• Learning and fully understanding the data landscape in databases and applications.
• Developing dashboards and creating reports and supporting team members with their use.
• Upload written content, including articles, scripts, or other text-based materials, into the designated software platform, and ensure that the content is accurately formatted and organized for optimal conversion to audio.
• Utilize the provided software to convert the uploaded text into high-quality audio files (MP3 format), and test the generated audio files to verify they meet the quality standards and accurately reflect the content of the original text without errors or omissions.
• Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues related to the conversion process or the generated audio files.
• Maintain detailed records of the uploaded content, conversion settings, and testing results.
• Download the successfully converted audio files and organize them according to the provided guidelines, ensuring the secure storage of audio files for future reference and use.
• Communicating insights to senior management and across the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program or is a recent graduate.

Experience

• Experience with Google Products
• Initial experience in start-ups or agencies (preferably in the health and wellness sector)

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Basic understanding of audio formats, especially MP3
• Familiarity with file upload/download procedures
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently
• Effective communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize goals, and meet short deadlines
• Ability to take initiative, and independently complete tasks and projects
• Ability to work within a team environment
• Ability to communicate edits and suggestions for edits to team members in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to work remotely

Connectivity / Technology

Your internet connectivity is sufficiently maintained, allowing you to hold online meetings and accomplish tasks. Your devices (e.g. laptops and/or smartphones) are sufficiently maintained, allowing you to use these gadgets to accomplish tasks and to communicate with your team.
