As our new Product Manager, you will be joining our Product Management team and together you will be responsible for driving the product strategy and development of our innovative gaming loyalty platform, which today has been downloaded more than 10 Million times across North America and Europe.

To succeed in this role you don’t need to be the greatest ticket creator or have the best backlog sorting skills. We are on the lookout for a product hero that possesses the knack for identifying which key initiatives will make our users happy and is able to motivate those around them to embark on the same journey.

Tasks

  • Identify new opportunities for product growth, and enhance user experience and satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain a well-organized and prioritized product backlog
  • Compile detailed specifications for product changes to leverage identified opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including our dynamic engineering, innovative marketing, and efficient game production—to ensure strategic alignment on product development
  • Work intimately with team members to establish and maintain a clear product vision and direction
  • Optimize the product development process by integrating industry best practices and data-driven decision-making
  • Ensure product compliance with all relevant policies and regulations, including those from ad networks, Google Play, and the App Store

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in B2C product management within the mobile apps sector
  • A solid track record of collaborating with engineering teams on sophisticated backend infrastructures
  • Comprehensive knowledge of discovery processes
  • A thorough grasp of the mobile app ecosystem; expertise in ad-based app monetization is advantageous
  • A history of formulating and implementing product strategies that bolster growth and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects and initiatives
