QA Tester - Mobile Games (all genders)

This is a position with a subsidiary of JustPlay GmbH. Gimica was founded in 2021 by a team of seasoned professionals and has its HQ in Munich (Grünwald). We have a strong passion for creating and publishing casual games designed to be enjoyable and easy to play for a wide audience.

We believe that our casual games provide entertainment and enjoyment to people from all walks of life and we are excited to welcome a QA Tester to our team, who will support us in showcasing our upcoming projects to the world.

Tasks

• Responsible for the lifecycle testing, from feature testing through to release across Gimica’s games catalog
• Defect management, including ensuring our games are free from significant issues and providing our players with a smooth and enjoyable gameplay experience
• Create and maintain test cases, test data, and test scripts
• Document & reproduce user reported bugs
• Continuous improvement of testing & reporting process

Requirements

• At least 1 year work experience in a similar role in mobile games QA
• Proven track record of mobile games testing and familiarity with test automation tools
• Strong attention to detail and an user-centric approach
• Knowledge of Asana & Notion
• Experience using Android & iOS debugging tools as well as Charles
• Ideally you also have experience with AltUnity Tester or any equivalent Unity Automated testing tools
