Sales Manager Dairy m/f/f
Core Responsibilities
Winning selected target customers within the category
Executing account plans to grow or maintain Ingredion’s sales share at customers
Execute on strategic account plans for selected customers.
Price and contract management
Implement competitive pricing to ensure maximum value for Ingredion.
Conclude annual contract negotiations on prices, payment, and delivery terms.
Pricing reflecting value added.
Payments in line with agreed terms.
Delivery of customer projects -
Initiate growth projects with existing and new customers to ensure a profitable conclusion. Comply with best practices and company standards for data management and reporting.
Customer Centricity
Continuously develop and broaden the stakeholder network at customers to drive business development along the customer buying cycle and a positive customer experience across relevant functions and seniority levels.
Relationships With Internal Stakeholders -
Develop An Effective Working Relationship With Relevant Internal Stakeholders In Technical Service, Marketing, Supply Chain And Finance To Lead And/or Support Efforts In Project Development, Supply Planning, Debtor Management And Other Activities.
Utilise Internal Support Such As Technical Service, Customer Service And Marketing To Deliver a High Level Of Service And Fast-track Project Delivery For Our Customers
Fully adopt company standards in foundational selling and use available learning opportunities to stay current with new developments in the functional area and the category.
A degree (or equivalent) in Food or Dairy Technology, Chemistry, Food Science, or other related discipline
Solid commercial/sales experience in the ingredient/flavour industry. International experience is also an advantage.
Understanding of food processes and formulations
Proven Track-Record in sales and business growth
Fluent in English and German
Knowledge of Dairy Industry is a strong advantage
