This position is a great introduction to obtain industry experience and knowledge if you are currently looking for a part-time or full-time opportunity and are interested in exploring the life science industry while learning about Quality Assurance.
 
This position is part of the Quality Assurance Department located in Fargo, ND and will be on-site at Aldevron’s headquarters. At Aldevron, we combine best-in-class products and service with the ideal operating environment to lay the groundwork for vital new discoveries worldwide. You will be a part of the Quality Assurance team and report to the Quality Assurance Technology Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing outstanding requests by interacting with Quality Assurance and other departments to provide any necessary support and guidance to facilitate approval and closure of the request, including organizing dedicated worktime for subject matter experts and facilitating meetings.
 
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
• Oversee and assist internal and external requests for Quality Assurance support, which include and are not limited to CAPA and Change Control administration support.
• Review and delegate intake request to appropriate team members and schedule dedicated work time for subject matter experts to complete outstanding actions.
• Provide support for internal projects to ensure that everything is appropriately documented.
• Project coordinate deadlines and progress across departments to ensure action items are delivered on time by providing prep materials, facilitate agenda and document meeting notes to resolve ongoing topics.
• Effectively communicate expectations and goals of request to internal associates and work productively and collaboratively with cross functional teams.
• Support process improvements through data analysis and creation or modification of standard operating procedures.
• Additional responsibilities and projects as assigned
