Plant Manager

RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Plant Manager to join our clients team. As a Plant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the plant and ensuring its efficient and effective functioning. You will work closely with a team of professionals to drive productivity, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the plant, ensuring smooth production and adherence to business plans and process parameters
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant performance and productivity
• Manage and allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials
• Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Monitor and analyze plant performance data, identifying areas of improvement and implementing corrective actions
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement
• Lead and motivate a team of plant employees, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector
• Strong knowledge of plant operations and process optimization
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to effectively manage resources and drive operational excellence
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
