Brush Filling Maintenance Supervisor

RPO Recruitment, a leading recruitment agency, is currently seeking a Brush Filling Maintenance Supervisor to join a manufacturing company in Cape Town. We are looking for a friendly and skilled individual who can effectively manage the maintenance operations related to brush filling equipment.

As the Brush Filling Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the uninterrupted operation of brush filling machinery and equipment. Your tasks will include conducting regular inspections, addressing maintenance requests, and coordinating repairs with external vendors if necessary.

We are seeking a candidate who not only possesses strong technical skills but also has a friendly and approachable demeanor to foster positive relationships with the maintenance team and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all maintenance activities related to brush filling equipment
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance
• Create and implement preventive maintenance programs
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses
• Provide guidance and support to the maintenance team
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in a manufacturing environment
• Strong technical knowledge and experience with brush filling equipment
• Proven ability to effectively manage maintenance activities and resources
• Friendly and approachable demeanor
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
