Rate - $44.44/hr on W2 (OT past 40 hours = $66.66/hr)
Job Description:An experienced marketing manager to manage the end-to-end creative execution process for marketing campaigns in a full-time on-site assignment.
In this role: • Candidates must be self-starters and have experience working independently
• Consultant will manage the end-to-end go-to-market creative execution process for marketing communications/campaigns
• Interpret marketing creative strategy, manage and update marketing communications/creatives with advertising agencies, translate marketing strategies into creative direction for agencies, ensuring creatives match intended strategies
• Interact with multiple cross-functional teams and external vendors to implement marketing programs for customers and potential customers
• Lead project meetings, directing project timelines and discussions. Consultant must be proactive with managing competing deadlines across multiple products.
• Provide status updates, issues for discussion, guidance as appropriate and necessary to ensure accurate and timely program execution and customer account/offer fulfillment
• Ability to manage and adapt to multiple technologies to implement marketing campaigns e.g. web based applications and automated workflow systems/applications to manage the review and approval process of marketing communications, and creative/offer strategies
• Ability to work on multiple programs simultaneously, manage multiple deadlines and schedules, ensuring all deliverables are met on time with accuracy and quality
• Ensure quality execution of all campaigns and fully understanding and adherence to corporate policies, legal and regulatory requirements and departmental procedures – including reviewing the materials and checks that the T&C's are accurate, and review the versions and make sure they are correct. If it is a control update, will get the last creative and mock it up with the new terms in the electronic tool.
• Hands on management and execution of marketing communication including marketing production responsibilities, partnering with channel deployment teams to support the deployment process prior to final in market or launch date
• Send to Marketing for approval. Once marketing approves, they work with the agency to prepare the revised creative.
• Upload into the campaign management tool
• Send all materials to Legal for final approval. Must be able to diplomatically push it along.
• In addition, this role also inputs information into mail plan which is started by marketing and finished by production. Inputs the different elements or versioning to be included for the different cells. These plans are in Excel. Must be flexible to accommodate changes in campaign plans.

• Diplomatic Assertiveness – ability to keep things moving with solid relationship management skills – will be working with multiple departments - Marketing, Legal, Agencies, etc.
• Marketing Campaign Tool experience – will work with a Nexus like tool (also developed by Aprimo) - will receive training on this marketing campaign tool, but experience using similar tools will shorten learning curve
• Solid Excel skills - experience with Excel, but does not have to create pivot tables, etc.
• Creative background. Ability to update creative and follow a drive calendar
• Credit Card marketing experience a big plus
