Job Summary:
As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and hiring top engineering talent across a wide range of technical disciplines. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Your ability to understand various technical toolkits and expectations for diverse engineering roles will be crucial to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify and attract top engineering talent.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Candidate Screening and Assessment:
- Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific technical requirements and expectations for each role.
- Coordinate technical assessments and coding challenges as part of the candidate evaluation process.
- Recruitment Strategy and Process Management:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the needs of the company and the specific technical roles.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely and constructive feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Collaboration and Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, team leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring needs and priorities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights and recommendations on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and source effectiveness.
- Continuously analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and optimize the hiring process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in the tech or AI industry.
- Strong understanding of various technical toolkits and engineering roles, including software development, data science, machine learning, and more.
- Excellent sourcing and candidate engagement skills, with a track record of successfully hiring top technical talent.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (experience with Greenhouse is a plus).
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for technology and a genuine interest in the AI industry.
