Entry Level Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Entry Level Marketing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support our marketing initiatives by assisting with research, campaign execution, and administrative tasks. This position is an excellent opportunity to build foundational marketing skills and grow within the company.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
• Assist in creating marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with team members to execute marketing campaigns and ensure timely delivery.
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics to measure effectiveness.
• Maintain marketing databases and organize contact lists.
• Coordinate logistics for marketing events, including trade shows and promotional activities.
• Support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and marketing tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Salary:

$1250- $1450 /week
