Private Equity Tax Specialist - Consulting Assignment
Company: Banking
Location: New York, NY 11 Wall street
Duration: 3 months+ (strong possibility for extension)
Pay rate: $70-$80 per hour on a w2 with an overtime rate of $105-$120 per hour
Or corp2corp at $85 per hour straight time including overtime.

Implement and manage appropriate Tax strategies, policies and objectives to enhance and maintain growth and profitability for the corporation. Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local tax regulations while working to minimize tax liability and maximize after tax profits. Formulate and deliver innovative tax planning and tax savings strategies. Prepare partnership tax returns for Private equity clients. Strong experience with go System and state and local tax prep required.
