Description:
We are looking for a Revenue Accountant with a strong background in Revenue Recognition and/or extensive technical accounting matters.
Duties include being an integral part of the Revenue Accounting team. Interfacing with sales, preparing journal entries, account reconciliations; perform analysis, resolve issues, and reconcile deferred revenue, unbilled A/R, and revenue accounts. Participation in testing activities related to the ASC 606 Revenue Management project Phase 2.
Experience with Oracle and/or RevStream is very helpful. And a big plus would be someone with recent experience related to the new Revenue Recognition Guidance (ASC 606).
Candidates should have strong analytical abilities with advanced MS Excel skills, be results oriented and comfortable working independently in a high paced environment. Ability to interact effectively with internal and external clients. Must have ability to take direction and work independently to complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner
Years of Experience: 1 to 3+. Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting or Finance. CPA a plus.
