(Specialization in ECM (Project Engineer)Educational Qualification: Diploma/ B.E. / B.Tech from Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Production branch
Years of experience: Minimum 5 (BE/B.Tech), 10 (Diploma) - year experience
Primary Responsibilities:- Independently write & Execute the Engineering Change Requests/Order
- Manage the workflow in the Engineering Change Order process and keeps track of effectiveness.
- Analyze Engineering Issues and propose/ implement simple & effective solutions
- Analyze and disposition to obsolescence issues on various product configurations
- Work with cross function team to get required information and approval in timely manner to Execute the Engineering Change Requests/Order
- Closely work with Engineers to write engineering change requests efficiently
- Maintains product structures from conception thru production using company's PLM system
- Creates and maintains product options and configurations
Mandatory skills required- Proven expertise in the field of Engineering Change Management Process for a minimum of 5 years in a Semiconductor industry
- Understanding and exposure to product development and release, change control, obsolescence management, and product lifecycle management processes
- Working knowledge of product option architecture and configuration management
- Good understanding of BoM (Bill of Material) structure related to POA, Upgrades, NSRs
- Experience in reviewing drawings & Specification sheet (Mechanical & Electrical) Log the ECR issues, analyze and reduce them
- Knowledge about the Cross Functional Teams
Desirable Skill:- Proficiency with transactional operations of MRP (SAP preferred)
- Ability to demonstrate problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Proficient in MS Office Tools like EXCEL, PPT, and WORD
