As a Sr. Validation Engineer

Opportunity to lead a talented team of software validation specialists with connected vehicle hardware and software expertise.
Manage the testing requirements for multiple challenging connected vehicle projects across several Stellantis connected platforms.
Remove roadblocks and barriers to success for your teams to ensure high quality software and captivating customer experiences.
Drive continuous improvements in testing approach including automation, increased speed, depth, and breadth of testing coverage.
Identify new tools and technologies to develop a world class validation team.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or other related field of study.
7 years of experience, managing the delivery of multiple projects concurrently, with a demonstrated experience in testing processes and proven track record of successful project delivery.
4 years of experience, working in advanced testing environments, including automation, DevOps, CI/CD.
Experience in test estimation, deliverable definition, deliverable planning, issue management, issue resolution, reporting and team management.
Experience delivering validation using modern testing methodologies including Agile, Scrum, CI/CD deployment methods.
Demonstrated ability to drive completeness, accuracy, and quality in completion of deliverables.
Excellent communication skills to explain the issues/status to the senior management.
Excellent organizational, critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree
3+ year experience working in automotive, consumer electronics, infotainment, connected vehicle development, or telematics validation and delivery.
Ability to update the Telematics module/Radio and any other ECUs firmware using CAN/CDA/Platform flash.
Ability to write test scripts using Vehicle Spy/CAN to simulate and execute the in vehicle related tests on the Bench Top testers.
Ability to test APIs using POSTMAN Tool. Should also have Knowledge on Rest APIs.
Ability to analyze any ECU client logs, CAN logs and report issues effectively.
Experience working with automotive ECU modules.
Ability to take the ownership of assigned tasks till closure.
Ability to work independently and should have experience in running the Triage calls with development teams for issue debugging/resolutions
Ability to work on numerous tasks simultaneously.

Must be detail-oriented and possess exceptional written, verbal and organizational skills
