Working on a team with fellow research engineers and scientists on projects related to the analysis and manipulation of reservoir fluids (brines, gas, oil), including gas conversion technologies and technologies for the extraction of critical minerals.
The candidate will be expected to work primarily in a laboratory environment, setting-up and operating customized instruments, basic experimental design and execution, and reporting results to principal investigators.
Responsible for regular tasks related to equipment maintenance, overall lab organization, and lab safety.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or 4-8 years or direct relevant experience.
Programming skills related to instrumentation or data collection, such as Matlab, LabView, or equivalent.
Ability to optimize equipment capabilities and troubleshoot problems.

Background in experimental work with demonstrable experience involving:
Design, construction, or operation of custom-built instruments
Ability to optimize equipment capabilities and troubleshoot problems
