Role - ESC Systems Reporting Analyst
Rate - DOE
Duration - 12 Month Assignment (possible extension)
Location - Tampa, FL
Job Purpose:
• The Enterprise Supply Chain Systems Reporting Analyst is responsible for improving standard reports along with data analysis. The candidate must interact with functional, regional and global colleagues to support timely reporting initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
ESC Systems Reporting Support:
• Provide ongoing support for organization goals including data collection, analysis and reporting
• Data gathering and creation of necessary collateral reports for ESC Senior Management Team
• Proofread, consolidate and enrich information
• Ensure consistent and detailed reporting; data integrity and data formatting
• Create presentations and ad hoc reports
• Providing due diligence to ESC Systems initiatives, coordinating meetings, tracking next steps, global alignments for all reporting documentation
ESC Weekly Report:
• Receive weekly updates from ESC Systems team
• Proofread, consolidate and enrich the information
• Ensure consistent and detailed reporting; data integrity and data formatting
• Schedule report review session
• Submit Report to the ESC Management and Business Office
Monthly MOR:
• Receive monthly updates from ESC Systems team
• Proofread, consolidate and enrich the information
• Ensure consistent and detailed reporting; data integrity and data formatting
• Schedule MOR review sessions.
• Submit Report to the ESC Business Office
SharePoint Support:
• Responsible for maintaining organized content (calendars, templates, relevant documents)
Qualifications

Knowledge/Experience:
• Proven track record in a business analysis and reporting.
• Some experience in working and understanding, Project Management (PMO) process.
• Experience on projects that result in process improvement
Qualifications:
3- 5 years of experience in reporting and working with people based in other geographies.
• Project Management experience
• Bachelor degree of equivalent preferred.
• Strong writing skills.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Skills / Competencies
• Excellent personal communication skills.
• Strong PC knowledge, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel. Demonstrates keen attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of SharePoint.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
