This resource will need to be able to follow a set of desk level procedures to assist with the management of new user accounts, password resets, and assist with managing the ticket queue. Must be comfortable with technology and be able to either follow a DLP or ask pertinent questions of peer staff to complete new user requests, password resets, etc
