Deine Aufgaben:

Aktive Beratung bestehender und potenzieller Kunden zu unseren Produkten und Leistungen für Apotheken, Ärzte und Zahnärzte
Schwerpunkt ist die telefonische Kundenbetreuung
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren AußendienstmitarbeiterInnen zum Ausbau der Kundenbindungsaktivitäten
Telefonische Unterstützung zu laufenden Kampagnen
Sorgfältige Pflege und Dokumentation der einzelnen Vorgänge

Dein Profil:

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, wie z. B. Berufserfahrung in Telefonie und/oder Vertriebsinnendienst
hohe Kundenorientierung und Freude an der Telefonie
Branchenkenntnisse aus dem Apotheken- oder Zahnarztbereich sind von Vorteil, aber keine Bedingung
Du bist kommunikativ, Teamarbeit bereitet Dir Freude
Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
Hohe Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft
