Account Executive (m/f/d)

Our mission

Our mission is to radically simplify how companies procure, enroll, maintain, and offboard workplace equipment. We do so by offering a subscription service for everything you need to work productively: laptops, smartphones, monitors, desks, chairs, and acoustic solutions. You manage your equipment subscription with LendisOS - our innovative software solution that helps our customers to orchestrate their equipment needs wherever they occur - the office, the home office, or on the road.

For our sales team, we’re now looking for an Account Executive (m/f/d) to further grow our customer base.

Your mission

Your mission is to generate revenue by selling our service to B2B customers. You may do so by owning the end-to-end Sales cycle, giving you the opportunity to foster long-term relationships with our customers and to further develop your holistic Sales skill set.

Your responsibilities are split across the following areas:

• 30% Hunting

• Identify new prospects on the market

• Approach new prospects to generate demand

• 10% Qualifying

• Match prospects against our target profile

• Run risk analysis (credit checks, fraud checks)

• 40% Closing

• Develop closing strategies

• Pitch Lendis service

• Write commercial proposals

• Negotiate prices

• Close deals

• 20% Farming

• Nurture relationships with customer base

• Support in solving customer queries

• Identify sales opportunities

About the team

• We are a motivated, international team of ~50 “Lendisians”
• Our company language is English
• We work by our 4 core values: passion, ownership, curiosity, care
• You will work in our Sales team - a motivated team of 4 fellow Account Executives - and report to our Head of Sales
• The Sales team consists of experienced talents who have helped grow top organizations such as ImmoScout, Sixt, Expedia, Canon, byrd, and heycater
• Our office is in central Berlin, Germany - but you may work remotely, as well

Your profile

• You have 2+ years B2B Sales experience
• You have a proven track record of end-to-end Sales responsibilities (hunt, qualify, close, farm)
• You especially have a track record of generating business through cold outbound sales
• You have a proven track record of closing 6-digit deals
• You plan your day actively to get the most out of it
• You know how to set priorities
• You know how to listen
• You know how to create urgency
• You make sure to keep your data clean
• You are fluent in German and English
