| The DEx Regulatory Auditor will be responsible for: | ||
| Ø Preparing for and conducting audits and Account/Program level deep-dive assessments for critical/complex engagements liasing with stakeholders as required | ||
| Ø Reporting process maturity and process non-compliance in order to ensure consistent delivery. | ||
| Ø Reviewing and providing Go/Conditional/No Go by the end of start up and go live audits as per the applicable procedures | ||
| Ø Identifying and providing Early Risk Alerts to delivery and leadership teams to avoid escalations and facilitating engagement teams to mitigate risks, within the service line | ||
| Ø Verifying the CAPA taken by the team objectively and ensuring closure of findings, within the SLA and facilitating engagement teams on client/external CAPA | ||
| Ø Providing training to auditors, as necessary | ||
| Ø Ensuring audit coverage by completing assigned audits | ||
| Ø Identifying repeat issues in projects and marking them for project-wide analysis | ||
| Ø Conducting pre-audit checks for critical engagements which are to be audited by clients or third parties | ||
| Ø Contributing to team goals by achieving individual goals | ||
| Ø Managing the effective collaboration of projects / engagements on customer defined SLAs / services across the service line | ||
| Ø Facilitating the engagement of teams during client/external audits/ customer visits/ due diligence | ||
| Ø Performing SOW reviews and audit the compliance | ||
| Ø Contributing to the review of reports, dashboards and applicable metrics | ||
| Ø Contributing to e in review of reports, dashboards and applicable metrics | Contributing to the Quality Management system through updates in Organization procedures |
