We are looking for Business Analyst with below mentioned Skills.• Experience in Health care domain and Medical Devices• Experience in analyzing client's business needs and business processes through document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis.• Experience in liaising with business and technical personnel to ensure a mutual understanding of processes and applications.• Experience in drafting and maintaining Business Requirements Documents (BRD).• Experience in transforming the user requirements and drafting them into Functional requirements document (FRD).• Ability to provide input to developing and modifying systems to meet client's needs and to support these modifications using Agile methodologies.• Facilitate meetings with Product Owners to gather and document requirements and explore potential solutions creating User Stories• Conducting Brain storming sessions to resolve issues with respect to requirements clarification.• Experience in facilitating periodical meetings with clients to explore potential solutions for business needs.• Experience in risk analysis to determine the scope of the project.• Experience in facilitating User Acceptance Test (UAT) to verify that client's needs are met.• Expertise in KTs through PowerPoint presentations for the proposed IT solutions.• Experience in Facilitating sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, and sprint retrospective meetingsExperience: 7 to 10 Years.
