IT Resilience

This is a role as an operations analyst for IT Resiliency department. Responsibility at this role will be as listed below: - BCP & IT DR documentation review of non-critical services - Monitoring of DR tests for Cold Tier (non-critical) services - Participation in MI (Major Incident) review call and understand on resilience related issues. - Ensuring compliance metrics parameters are met for critical associates in IT - Management and organization of all IT Resilience related documents at single & accessible location Minimum skills required for this role will be as below: Self-starter, must be able to take documents and technically analysis and understand them with little supervision. Must be analytical with a thirst for new technological knowledge Understanding of IT Infrastructure services is a must. Fair understanding of Business continuity Management and Disaster Recovery management is desirable Job involves regular interactions with infrastructure teams, BCM SPoC's, Architecture teams to get status of deliverables. Must be able to build a rapport with infrastructure engineers, working closely with them to review comprehensive documentations, reports, templates Experienced with excellent coordination and communication skills with strong command of written and spoken English. Good documentation, elicitation skills with strong knowledge of Microsoft suite of products and proofreading skills. Results oriented whilst ensuring high quality of work under tight deadlines
