Business Analyst

• As a ServiceNow Business Analyst you will be responsible for developing a strong understanding between the business needs of the customer and how the ServiceNow application will support those needs.
• You will be a part of the design team on the project and will assist in directing the ServiceNow implementation and certifying the solution design of strategic technologies during solution development.
• This role will build and drive high performing relationships with customers and other stakeholders within team to ensure high quality delivery of all aspects of solution development.

• Solution design and review of all business process and system level changes as part of continual service improvement.
• Facilitate meetings with system owners and other stakeholders to gather business requirements
• Develop supporting materials to facilitate requirement building such as wireframes, sample dashboards, and user journey maps
• Translate business requirements into user stories for the development team
• Work with the development team to continuously refine the documented requirements
• Perform stakeholder engagement, outreach activities, and facilitate Agile ceremonies
• Develop procedures, manuals, and other documentation for the systems developed based on the requirements gathered
• Support testing activities during each sprint
• Work with onsite and offshore developers to provide insight on business requirements and functional design

• 7+ years business analysis experience in a ServiceNow development environment
• At least two years of experience managing large technology engagements
• A minimum of 4 full life cycle implementations
• Experience with ITSM, ITIL, ITBM, CMDB, Service Now Custom Applications, Upgrades
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Experience of working in regulated environment is desired.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
• ServiceNow certification in one or more areas
• Eagerness to mentor junior staff
• An advanced degree in the area of specialization
