EHRM Program Admin HUBZone Analyst

Blue Sky Innovative Solutions is looking for a part-time, 40 hours per month Program Admin Support Analyst who is a self-starter, detail-oriented, has strong communication skills and is well organized. This position will assist the Program Manager with a variety of organizational tasks related to the program. It is important that you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The position will be located in Cerner company's headquarters, but will allow also for partial telework.

The schedule for this work can be flexible, as the preferences of the incumbent will be taken under consideration, but he/she must be available during work hours at least 50% of the time. Initially this percentage will be 100% until the incumbent is able to perform tasks to completion without supervision for extended periods of time.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Considerable knowledge of modern office practices, procedures, and equipment. Ability to keep complex records, assemble and organize data and to prepare reports from such records; ability to compose memoranda and letters from general instructions. Ability to carry out continuing assignments under own initiative. Well versed in the use of Microsoft Office including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent oral and written communications and human relations skills. Skilled in the use of computing hardware including laptops, desktops, printers and scanners.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs a variety of administrative activities for program management and program staff
• Attends meetings, takes meeting minutes, type's minuets and distribute to appropriate stakeholders.
• Monitors, reports on, and responds to time related to staff attendance
• Monitors, reports on, and responds to requests for reimbursement from staff
• Researches and analyzes program related issues

OTHER REQUIREMENTS AND PREFERENCES:

• Must have access to internet at home for telework, and a computer with Microsoft Office initially. A company laptop maybe issued eventually.
