This is a 40 hours per month (about 10 hours per week) position with one day a week (Monday or Friday) in office and some remote work required.
Requirements:
Blue Sky Innovative Solutions is seeking two part time administrative assistants to work either Mondays or Fridays in our College Park office answering phones and managing administrative tasks. The candidate must be self-motivated, organized and able to oversee tasks from start to finish. Working at least 51% in our office is a key requirement for this role.
Responsibilities Include:
Excellent customer service
Administrative assistant experience a plus
Ability to learn new business & organizational software programs quickly
Ability to work in a fast paced and innovative environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office software programs (e.g., MS Excel and Word) and comfortable with technology (MS SharePoint and Teams)
Education:
Associates degree preferred. Absence of a degree will not disqualify you if you can demonstrate great written and verbal communication skills and/or relevant experience.
