Our model allows us to act like a boutique agency around each specialism, with bespoke teams and systems, but with the same backing and leading tools as any big network. </p><p>We’re driven by a mantra to out-think, out-smart and out-shine other agencies, with a relentless energy to ensure the very best is delivered. </p><p>We are seeking a highly driven Head of Growth to spearhead opportunity generation for our specialist agencies. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving business development efforts, whether through your personal outreach, strategic partnerships, or collaboration with the broader sales and marketing initiatives.<br></p><p>You will own the entire prospect journey—from the initial introduction, through nurturing relationships, to handing over fully qualified opportunities to our agency teams with a well-crafted sales strategy.</p><p>To excel in this role, a robust background in business development is essential. You’ll be responsible for cultivating relationships with potential leads from a variety of sources, often over extended periods.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li><strong>Own the early stages of the sales process</strong>: Focus on the identification, profiling, and engagement of prospects.</li><li><strong>Strategic outreach</strong>: Leverage our brand assets, case studies, and expertise to craft tailored communications across multiple channels.</li><li><strong>Lead nurturing</strong>: Facilitate introductory meetings, build rapport, and nurture leads with relevant insights.</li><li><strong>Value-driven engagement</strong>: Use thought leadership and deep industry knowledge to add value during prospect interactions.</li><li><strong>Opportunity qualification</strong>: Identify, qualify, and seamlessly transition opportunities to agency teams with a completed sales strategy for pitch execution.</li><li><strong>Industry representation</strong>: Attend and represent the group at key external events and networking opportunities.</li><li><strong>Pipeline management</strong>: Lead regular pipeline reviews with agency teams, ensuring progress and alignment.</li><li><strong>Collaborative content development</strong>: Partner with agency teams to ensure we have the necessary outreach collateral and materials.</li><li><strong>Sales process optimisation</strong>: Continuously seek improvements in our sales processes and analyse performance metrics to drive growth.</li></ul><p>This role offers significant autonomy, allowing you to shape the sales and marketing function from day one, with the potential to make an immediate impact.</p><h3>What We’re Looking For:</h3><ul><li>A proven track record in strategic sales and business development, with a deep understanding of a sales methodology like GAP selling.</li><li>Experience in leading and coaching sales teams, managing performance, and driving results.</li><li>Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to navigate complex group structures and influence stakeholders.</li><li>The ambition to lead the go-to-market strategy and contribute to a fast-paced growth journey, offering substantial career development and earning potential.</li></ul><p>If you’re a dynamic leader with the drive to shape a growing sales function and deliver meaningful business impact, we want to hear from you.</p><p>The successful candidate will have ownership of driving our go to market plan and be part of a journey of growth that brings great earning and career development opportunities.<br></p><p>You’ll be a strategic sales leader with expertise in utilising structured sales methodologies, such as GAP selling. With a proven ability to lead and inspire sales teams, you’ll be skilled in coaching, performance management, and driving results.
