We are committed to driving success for our clients and fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment. </p><p><strong>We currently have a vacancy for an Advertising account executive at Adgen based in our Swansea office.</strong></p><p>As an Account Executive you will specialise in campaign planning and delivery, you will be integral to the successful execution and optimisation of advertising campaigns for our clients. Your role will require meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, exceptional client service, commercial acumen, operational efficiency, and active involvement in sales and marketing efforts. </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities: </strong></p><p>Campaign Planning &amp; Delivery: </p><p>• Set up and track campaigns, ensure asset readiness, and implement optimisation strategies, providing actionable insights and comprehensive reporting. </p><p>• Utilise past campaign learnings and keyword analysis to inform strategies, establish KPIs, and continuously monitor campaign performance. </p><p>• Join client briefing calls, support in minute-taking, participate in response presentations, and contribute to End of Campaign (EOC) summaries. </p><p>Client Service: </p><p>• Attend briefing calls and work-in-progress meetings as required, providing support and insights to clients. </p><p>• Oversee and be accountable for achieving client targets, identifying opportunities to increase revenue within and outside of campaigns. </p><p>Operational Effectiveness: </p><p>• Ensure the maintenance of 100% up-to-date timesheets and strict adherence to timekeeping standards while delegating actions to relevant teams using project management tools. </p><p>• Additionally, troubleshoot platform issues as they arise to guarantee smooth campaign execution. </p><p>Sales &amp; Marketing: </p><p>• Support marketing objectives and contribute to tenders and pitches to attract new clients and business opportunities. </p><p>• Attend industry events to build a strong network and support growth and client development. </p><p><strong>The things we are looking for throughout the application process are:</strong></p><ul><li>Attention to detail and analytical skills</li><li>The ability to communicate well with out clients and build great relationships</li><li>The ability to spot opportunities and grow accounts</li><li>An ability to use a CRM and project management tools</li><li>A proactive approach and willingness to learn</li></ul><p><strong>What are we offering?</strong><br></p><p>The starting salary for this role is £23,500 dependent on skills and experience. </p><ul><li>25 days holidays plus bank holidays</li><li>An additional 3 days celebration leave</li><li>Workplace pension</li><li>Income protection</li><li>Life insurance (3 x salary)</li></ul><p>We may start interviewing for this role before the closing date so please don't hesitate to submit your application.
