Our solutions enhance the quality of applicants, reduce turnover, and support diverse hiring strategies globally.</span><span dir="ltr" style="font-size:1em;font-weight:initial;letter-spacing:-0.011em;"><span dir="ltr"> </span></span><span dir="ltr"></span></p><p>As a Strategy Director at Crunch, you will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of our existing clients' recruitment marketing efforts while also playing a crucial role in winning new business. You will drive the evolution of clients' digital recruitment campaigns, helping them transition away from reliance on job boards toward innovative, targeted solutions that deliver higher-quality candidates. Working closely with a commercial lead, you will identify the right solutions not only for current clients but also for new business prospects. Together, you will craft strategies that align with prospects' recruitment goals, ensuring that Crunch is positioned as the go-to partner for modern recruitment marketing.</p><p>In this role, you will have a deep understanding of client needs, industry challenges, and emerging trends, which will enable you to develop and present effective, data-driven recruitment solutions. You’ll partner with the commercial lead to strategically assess new business opportunities, identify client pain points, and propose forward-thinking digital strategies. Your ability to translate complex digital strategies into clear, compelling proposals will be key to securing new clients and expanding Crunch’s footprint in the recruitment industry.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Strategic Leadership for Existing Clients:</strong> Take ownership of guiding the digital strategy for our existing clients, helping them innovate their recruitment advertising approaches and transition from job boards to targeted, data-driven campaigns.</li><li><strong>Tailored, Long-Term Solutions:</strong> Develop custom, multi-channel media strategies that meet the specific recruitment goals of our clients. Use data insights and audience profiling tools to craft campaigns that resonate with both passive and active job seekers.</li><li><strong>Client Relationship Management:</strong> Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, positioning Crunch as their strategic partner in digital recruitment. Continuously assess their needs, business goals, and recruitment challenges, and provide forward-thinking, innovative solutions.</li><li><strong>Collaborate with Delivery Teams:</strong> Work closely with the Client Director and agency delivery teams to ensure clients' recruitment goals are consistently met. Collaborate across teams to refine and optimize strategies for maximum impact.</li><li><strong>Campaign Optimisation:</strong> Implement A/B testing and regular analysis of digital campaign performance to drive continuous improvement for existing clients. Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency that support long-term client success.</li><li><strong>Trend Awareness and Thought Leadership:</strong> Stay at the forefront of industry trends and digital media developments, ensuring clients benefit from cutting-edge recruitment strategies that enhance candidate quality and diversity.</li><li><strong>Data-Driven Insights:</strong> Provide clients with detailed performance reports and insights, demonstrating the return on investment (ROI) and effectiveness of their campaigns. Use data to refine strategies and address any shifting recruitment needs.</li><li><strong>Diverse Hiring Support:</strong> Lead clients in adopting recruitment strategies that reach a diverse and inclusive range of candidates, aligning their hiring practices with modern diversity standards.</li></ul><p><strong>Key Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Extensive experience in creating and implementing paid media strategies, ideally within the recruitment or related industries.</li><li>Proven ability to manage high-level client relationships, with a focus on guiding long-term strategic direction and innovation.</li><li>Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.</li><li>Offline experience a preference (specifically OOH and Audio).</li><li>A commercial mindset, with experience in driving results and improving the quality of hires for clients transitioning away from job boards.</li><li>Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide clients with actionable insights to optimize recruitment outcomes.</li><li>Collaborative, with excellent communication skills to work effectively across internal teams and ensure client goals are consistently achieved.</li><li>A creative problem solver, capable of developing custom digital solutions that differentiate Crunch in the recruitment sector.</li><li>A commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in recruitment, with experience helping clients reach diverse talent pools.</li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive salary range of £45,000 - £55,000, dependent on experience and skills.</li><li>The opportunity to lead digital strategy for a portfolio of established clients, driving innovation in their recruitment marketing efforts.</li><li>A dynamic, collaborative environment where creativity, innovation, and client success are at the forefront.</li><li>A chance to work on cutting-edge projects that help clients transition from traditional job boards to more effective, data-led recruitment solutions.</li><li>A chance to work within an integrated marketing services group (Audience Collective) and access to the tools, systems, training and development of an enterprise level business.</li><li>Hybrid working - in office requirement (Swansea) 1 or 2 days per week (To be discussed, dependant on candidate location).</li></ul><p><span dir="ltr">If you're passionate about guiding clients through the digital transformation of recruitment advertising and helping them innovate for long-term success, we'd love to hear from you!</span><br></p><ul></ul><p><br></p> •
