<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p>

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and
professional manner.

Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint,
determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best
solution, and expediting correction or adjustment.

<li>
Maintain customer records by updating account information in our CRM system.
</li>
<li>
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
</li>
<li>Generate sales leads and upsell products/services where possible.</li>
<li>
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
</li>
<li>Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.</li>
<li>
Take the extra mile to engage customers and ensure a positive customer
experience.
</li>
<li>Stay informed about new products, services, and promotional offers.</li>
<li>
Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance knowledge and
performance.
</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong>:</p>
<ol>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.</li>
<li>
Proven customer support experience or experience in a client-facing role.
</li>
<li>Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.</li>
<li>Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li>
<li>Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.</li>
<li>Empathetic with a passion for helping others.</li>
<li>Aptitude for problem-solving and decision-making.</li>
<li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus.</li>
