Customer Service Representative Job Description

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling client calls with professionalism and great customer service to maintain good relationships between Giltner Logistics and our customers. 

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

• Invoicing in different formats 

• Collection Calls/Emails

• Sending out verifications

• Credit Checks

• Sorting/Filing Bill of Ladings 

 

Customer Service Representative Qualifications

• Legendary customer service skills

• High attention to detail

• Excellent computer skills 

• Excellent Email etiquette

• Work ethic second to none

• Experience in the Trucking and, or Logistics Industry preferred

• Willing to train the right person
