<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p>
<ol>
<li>
Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email
marketing, social media, and display advertising.
</li>
<li>
Design, build, and maintain our social media presence, keeping engagement
metrics in focus.
</li>
<li>
Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns,
deriving insights for continuous improvement.
</li>
<li>
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user
experience.
</li>
<li>
Identify trends and insights, optimizing spend and performance based on the
data insights.
</li>
<li>
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
</li>
<li>
Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and
perspective for adoption.
</li>
<li>Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.</li>
<li>
Monitor competitors' digital activities and strategies to stay ahead in the
market.
</li>
<li>Set up and optimize Google AdWords campaigns to achieve KPIs.</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong>:</p>
<ol>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.</li>
<li>
Proven working experience in digital marketing, preferably in a tech-driven
environment.
</li>
<li>
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases,
email campaigns, and social media advertising campaigns.
</li>
<li>
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics,
NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
</li>
<li>Working knowledge of ad-serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.</li>
<li>Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.</li>
<li>
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and
measurement.
</li>
<li>
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as
autonomously.
</li>
<li>
Proficient in graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite will be a plus.
</li>
